    1. Marketing & Creative Zoom Consultation

    2. Photoshoot

      • All main overall photos of each space

      • Naturally lit details of the home

      • Light staging & styling (if needed) Pillows, blankets, and other items won't feel out of place or be disheveled

      • Exteriors

    3. All photos from the shoot Image rights & licensing fees are a part of my rate structure. All photos can be used for business promotion, social media, and all other forms of marketing and print! As is standard, I maintain copyright and ownership. Electronic delivery of the highest resolution images within 1 week of the photoshoot

    3. All photos from the shoot Image rights & licensing fees are a part of my rate structure.   • Aerial Drone & Video - Multi-media marketing with drone and video services. Sample Video

    This package can include:

    • A beautifully finished 1-2 minute long marketing video with music that highlights an overview of your home and property.

    • Aerial drone footage Interior and exterior video of the home interior and exterior, and details

    • Lifestyle Activities with Models (optional & added expenses) B-roll package up to 30 minutes of short clips to use for social media and marketing Drone still photographs of your property and surrounding area

      • This add-on option is a great fit for those business owners who want to have all their marketing needs met for your listing, website, and social media.

    Final rate based on size of home, scope of project, shot list, and custom deliverables

    Travel fees will be added and quoted

    Utah customers - Sales tax is required on all invoices
